Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Menol Spices. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Standard orders are usually dispatched same day with a cut-off time of midday (British Time) but no later than within 2 working days for standard orders and 1 working day for Express orders. Orders are shipped on weekends or holidays in Northern Ireland.

If we or the warehouse are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Inventory locations

On the product pages you can choose between different Inventory locations to get your order ship from. Please choose the right location otherwise the checkout cannot be completed.

We ship orders from Belfast, Northern Ireland (UK), occasionally from Germany, Great Britain or USA.

We ship to many countries, however if we don't ship to your country, contact us on info@menolspices.com for quote.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping times are indicated at the available shipping methods.

In general:

• United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24, there are DHL Express, UPS Next day and Royal Mail Special Delivery available options. There are NO Customs to pay to the UK
  
• European: Standard Airmail, Tracked Airmail takes about a week but up to 21 days, there are UPS Express Saver available which is 1-3 days only. There is NO Customs to pay because Northern Ireland is part of the EU Customs Union or to non EU Countries we ship only where the value of our products are below the Minimis Value that you can import with no Customs to pay.
  
• USA & Canada: Tracked Airmail takes about a week or 10 days but up to 30 days, there are UPS Express Saver available which is 2 working days service to most of the USA and 2-3 working days to most of Canada. There is NO Customs to pay because the value of our products are below the Minimis Value that you can import with no Customs to pay.
• Asia: Tracked Airmail takes about a week or two weeks but up to 45 days, there are UPS Express Saver available which is 1-7 days only. There is NO Customs to pay because we ship only where the value of our products are below the Minimis Value that you can import with no Customs to pay.

 

Standard shipping is free to most countries.

Please note that, delivery delays can occasionally occur time to time that is why we indicate the up to X day.

We cannot always ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses even if our checkout page allow that, we might contact you to provide us a different address or offer alternative shipping method.

Airmail allow PO boxes but, couriers such as UPS requires a street address.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Some free shipping services have no full tracking for example Non-Tracked Airmail, in this case the delivery can take up to 30 days (45 days to Asia) from dispatch date and you can report non-delivery after the 30 days from purchase date but no later than 60 days. After 60 day unfortunately we cannot accept any claims.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are responsible for ensuring that our shipments meet the appropriate customs and tax requirements. We ship to countries where the Minimis value allows you to import our products duty and tax-free. In the case where we cannot offer Duty Paid service or where no Duty is due, we will contact you for confirmation. Please note that there are no Customs Duties due on our shipments, as we only ship to locations where you can import our products without having to pay customs duties or taxes.

Damages, losses

If your order was damaged during shipping, please take a photo and contact us within 2 working days on info@menolspices.com. If your order was not delivered within the estimated delivery date / or marked delivery date on the tracking + 3 days, please contact us on info@menolspices.com within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date.
