Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Menol Spices. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days Express orders within 1 working day. Orders are not always shipped on weekends or holidays, depends on the warehouse location, some of them operate on weekends.

If we or the warehouse are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Inventory locations

On the product pages you can choose between different Inventory locations to get your order ship from. Please choose the right location otherwise the checkout cannot be completed.

European Union: We have fulfilment center locations in Germany and other EU countries. We can ship to any EU countries.

United Kingdom: We have a fulfilment center location in Great Britain, we can ship to regular addresses within the Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

USA, Canada, non-EU and Rest of the world: We ship orders from Northern Ireland to non UK and Non-EU addresses, such as USA and Canada. We ship to many countries, however if we don't ship to your country, contact us on for quote.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping times are indicated at the available shipping methods.

In general: United Kingdom and European Union addresses have Standard shipping 3-5 working days, Express shipping 1-2 working days. United States and Canada and Non-EU countries have Standard shipping via Airmail 7-14 days but up to 30 days, Express shipping 2-7 working days via UPS Express Saver.

Standard shipping is free to most countries.

Please note that, delivery delays can occasionally occur time to time.

We cannot always ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses even if our checkout page allow that, we might contact you to provide us a different address or offer alternative shipping method.

Express shipping must be a regular street address.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Some free shipping services have no full tracking for example Airmail, in this case the delivery can take up to 30 days from dispatch date and you can report non delivery after the 30 days from purchase date but no later than 60 days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. If we cannot offer Duty Paid service or there would be no Duty than we will contact you for confirmation.

There are no Customs Duties due on our shipments to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union.

Damages, losses

If your order was damaged during shipping, please take a photo and contact us within 2 working days on If your order was not delivered within the estimated delivery date / or marked delivery date on the tracking + 3 days, please contact us on within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date.
