Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day free return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, for any reason - and yes, that includes opened pouches. If you tried the paprika and it is not for you, we will still take it back.

Free returns

Free returns with a prepaid shipping label apply to orders delivered in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the United States and Canada. We send you a prepaid shipping label - print it, pack the order in its original or any suitable packaging, and drop the parcel at a drop-off point of your local postal service.

For other destinations, contact us before returning anything and we will arrange the return with you.

How to start a return

Request a return through your customer account, or contact us with your order number at sales@menolspices.com or via the chat widget on our website. We will send you the return label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Refunds

We process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. Once your return is accepted, the refund goes automatically to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show it.

Damages and issues

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away with your order number and a photo - we will replace it or refund you immediately.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Exceptions

Gift cards cannot be returned.
