Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Menol Spices. All orders ship from our warehouse in Belfast, United Kingdom, with Royal Mail Tracked services. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Processing time

Standard orders placed before midday (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day, and always within 2 working days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Northern Ireland public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or a postal disruption, dispatch may be delayed by a few days - we will let you know by email if that happens.

Shipping rates and free delivery

Shipping rates, free-delivery thresholds and estimated delivery times for your country are shown on every product page and at checkout before you place your order. All prices include applicable VAT.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders within the United Kingdom and the European Union incur no customs charges. Orders to the United States and Canada are sent with postal delivered-duty-paid handling at typical order values. Orders to Switzerland are exported from the UK; at typical order values no Swiss import VAT applies on delivery. Menol Spices is not responsible for charges applied by customs authorities in rare exceptional cases.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at sales@menolspices.com or via the chat widget on our website, with your order number and a photo - we will replace it or refund you. Please also keep the packaging where possible so a claim can be filed with the carrier.

Returns

We offer free returns with a prepaid shipping label for any reason within 30 days of purchase, for orders delivered in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the United States and Canada. For other destinations, contact us before returning anything and we will arrange the return with you. See our Refund Policy for details.
